A day out in Rottenburg.

Wonderful night's sleep and we went for a drive to a beautiful place called Rottenburg. We went on the autobahn to get there and at one stage Laura was traveling 140 kms but it did not seem like that, a couple of times cars flew past us doing I am not sure. There was quite a few trucks on the road.
Rottenburg is a small town that in the middle has an area with a wall around it. We had a little wander, some lunch then more strolling around the small streets admiring the buildings and soaking up everything around us.








Then we went to "Disneyland Christmas" as Rowan described it. Kathe Wohlfahrt is well know around the world for the most exquisite decorations. The shop was the most wonderful thing I have ever seen with a "wow" at every step. Yes, i did find a few more balloon decorations......but could have bought way more than just balloons, but they do ship world wide.........




Drive home was soaking in the autobahn experience, the beautiful scenery and being entertained by Rowan along the way.




Dinner with Laura, Tommy and Rowan then a wonderful nights sleep.
