Good to be home.

When we got home we were greeted by a son, a girlfriend and two very excited Samoyeds. Lovely to travel but wonderful to be home.

Things we learnt:

- we loved Amsterdam and will be going back there for sure.

- the love and welcoming by Martine's and Laura's families was amazing and we enjoyed our stay with them both and meeting their loved ones.

- wine is lovely and extremely cheap.

- French people are not that rude.

- the Eiffel Tower was amazing.

- we walked for kms and kms.

- food was fantastic and we actually did not eat that much sweet stuff.

- there were lots and lots of stairs.

- trains made it easy to get from place to place.

We had the most amazing time and have memories that will last a lifetime.
